Upload your logo, set default sender names, and configure email domains and WhatsApp business profile details. Consistent identity across channels is what makes AIEngage feel like one product to customers.

Consent & reachability

Map opt-in flags per channel. Campaigns respect reachability automatically—users without WhatsApp opt-in will not receive WhatsApp templates, even if they are in the segment.
