Shopify
Install the AIEngage storefront tag and sync orders, customers, and chat.
Install the app or snippet
From Settings → Integrations → Shopify, connect the store. AIEngage injects the tag for analytics, Web Push, popups, and chat, and can receive order and checkout events automatically.
Customer identity
Logged-in customers are identified by Shopify customer id. Guest checkouts are stitched when email or phone later matches a profile.
