Campaign types

AIEngage supports one-time blasts, recurring sends, and event-triggered campaigns. Every type shares the same audience picker, frequency caps, and reporting.

• One-time: scheduled send to a snapshot or live segment
• Recurring: weekly newsletters or replenishment reminders
• Triggered: fire on Add to Cart, Purchase, or custom events

Composer

Pick a channel, then use the channel-native composer. WhatsApp uses approved templates, Email uses blocks, SMS stays concise, Web Push includes title/body/icon, and on-site popups include display rules.

Measurement

Each campaign records delivery, engagement, and downstream conversions attributed to the same customer profile. Compare channels from Analytics without exporting CSVs.
